DANCE KALEIDOSCOPE! PERFORMING ARTS CAMP

Daily classes include voice and dance for musical theater plus modern, jazz, tap, acting, music, improvisation, yoga, and more! There will also be a special trip to the beach! The dancers will learn and use their sewing skills to participate in making a quilt for Ronald McDonald House and enjoy many age-appropriate sewing and craft activities. These workshops provide a wonderful opportunity for young artists to explore different ways of expression and creativity in addition to learning team building skills and group interaction. There will be a musical theater presentation for parents at the end of the session.

The curriculum includes classes in Classical Ballet, Flamenco, Modern Dance, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Musical Theatre (including singing and dancing)! The camp gives young dancers an opportunity to explore different dance styles in addition to enhancing their ballet technique. Repertoire from a well-known classical story ballet will be adapted to students' level plus choreography from the other dance styles will be performed on the final afternoon.

Summer is the time to step-out and explore. This is the perfect opportunity for young dancers to learn different styles that will enhance their classical technique, and develop coordination and movement skills.
